You can submit a moving out notification by installing the Mynaportal App and following the instructions in the “Moving Procedures” section.
Mynaportal is an online service operated by the government.
●The person who can complete the procedure is the person who is moving.
If people from the same household at your old address (people who are listed together on your resident record, e.g., you, your wife, and your children) are moving to the same new address, you can complete the procedures all at once.
●Password required.
If you have forgotten your password, have not updated your card address, etc. to the latest information,
or a moving abroad, you cannot apply online.
The procedure will be done at the counter.
So, where do I get my new address written on my My Number card?
Please be sure to go to the city hall where you have moved in with your My Number Card within 14 days of moving in.
Your new address will be written on your My Number Card.

If you enter the wrong password for your My Number Card (4 digits) 3 times or the password for the electronic signature certificate (6 ~ 16 alphanumeric characters) 5 times, your account will be locked and you will no longer be able to apply online.
You cannot submit a notification of moving in without going to the city hall.
You must visit the municipal office of your new address and complete the transfer procedures within 14 days from the date of your move.
Please present the My Number Cards and Residence Cards of all members of your moving family at the counter.
Once the deadline has passed, your My Number Card will become invalid.
